Check
■ Precautions for Use
Do not disconnect the cable during use.
Do not apply high impact to the product.
■ Wiring Precautions
Wiring must be done to the terminal that matches the wiring position.
(Please refer to the wiring method)
■ Disposal of Product
When disposal is not possible, it is recommended to separate and dispose of the PCB
and body parts inside the product housing.
No part has influence on the environment, so no special attention is required.
■ Relay contact does not work
- Check whether the LED is lit or not.
- Check cable connection status.
- Check the input voltage status.
- Check the wiring of the level sensor.
■ Controller is normal but does not work
- The presence of sediments such as debris or calcareas on the bottom of the tank
may cause malfunction.
- Conductivity of liquid which is too low may cause malfunction.
(ex. distilled water)
- It may cause malfunction if the wiring connected to the controller and the electrode
is far away.
- Refer to the Cable Recommendations between Controller and Sensor for installation
precautions.
- Check if the float is normal.
- Check the incoming signal during normal operation of the float.
