14-1 Limited warranty and service
HITROL CO., LTD. warrants this product for a period of one year and provides
service without any cost only when instructions for use are followed. Customers may
need to pay for the service regardless of the warranty period if the service request
is not for malfunctions of the product.
Service request can be done via our home page or head office.
