Confi guring operating environment settings for Remote
Ctrl Lock
Repeatedly calling the W63H from a pre-registered telephone number a specifi ed number
of times within a specifi ed amount of time will activate Auto Lock, FeliCa Lock and
Address Book Lock.
While the standby screen is displayed,
press

, input the lock
No., and then press

(OK).

(Valid No.), and press

(Register New).
Enter the phone number and press

(Comp).
You can enter the phone number by selecting from the address
book, outgoing histories, incoming histories, sent histories,
received histories, memo, profi le, payphone. Otherwise, you can
enter the number directly.
You can register up to 3 phone numbers.
Press

(Duration (min)), input the
period you want to specify, and then
press

(Set).
You can set the time period (the time intervals from the fi rst call
to the last call you should make to activate Remote Ctrl Lock).
You can set the time period between 1 to 10 minutes.
If you lose your W63H
Setting Remote Ctrl Lock makes it possible to perform a remote
operation that activates Auto Lock, FeliCa Lock and Address Book Lock
to lock the W63H. This helps to avoid unauthorized use of your phone
and its features.
