If more than one room air conditioners are installed in proximity and interference problem where all of those air
conditioners receive ON /OFF signal from a remote control occurs, such interference may be eliminated by carrying out
the setting as follows.
Make sure to turn off the power switch of indoor units of which setting is to remain unchanged.
Open the rear cover of the remote control and confirm that there is the address changing switch above dry
batteries.
Point the remote control towards the receiver on the indoor unit and change the address from A to B with the
address changing switch.
Close the rear cover of the remote control and operate the remote control ordinarily to confirm that the address
changing has been successfully made.

When carrying out the above procedures, the power switch of indoor units of which setting is to remain
unchanged should be set to ÒOFFÓ. If the above procedures are carried out while the power switch of such indoor
units are left ÒONÓ, the setting of those indoor units will also be changed and signals from the remote control may
not be received by those indoor units.
When the indoor unit receives the signal from the remote control, short beep is heard.
