Move the stored ice to other case and move it
to the Freezer Compartment because water
pours into the Ice case.
Push the

water to the ice tray and turn off the indicator
lamp.

Empty the ice tray and wash it lightly in the
stream.

button to turn on the
indicator lamp. (Automatic Ice Making starts)
Open the Ice Compartment Door.
Pull down the lever and
draw the frame.
Raise the cover (
ً
part) in the direction of
the arrow.
Remove the ice tray from the frame.
Set the ice tray and close the cover.
Make the frame horizontal and push it into
the end, and
Pull up the lever.
Add water until water level reaches to the
"Container-full line" and set the water supply
container.
Push the

button and hold it for
more than 5 seconds.
Indicator lamp will be illuminated and buzzer will
sound, and then "Ice Maker Cleaning" will start.
Close the Refrigerator Compartment Door.

Push it in beyond the "Container set position"
line without inclining it so that water in the water
supply container does not spill out.
The indicator lamp will be illuminated and buzzer will
sound for about 3 minutes.

Buzzer does not sound after stopping the Door Alarm.
While the indicator lamp is illuminated, the refrigerator is
performing "Ice Maker Cleaning".
Opening the Ice Compartment or the Freezer
Compartment while "Ice Maker Cleaning" is performed,
the cleaning may be interrupted. Do not open/close the
Ice Compartment Door or the Freezer Compartment
Door until "Ice Maker Cleaning" finishes.
The buzzer will stop and the indicator lamp will be
turned off in about 3 minutes. After that, remove
ice and water in the Ice case and wipe the case.
Make sure that water
does not spill out when
removing the case.
Return the ice temporarily moved to other Freezer
Compartment into the Ice case.
Water remains in the water supply container, but
there is no problem with using.
Mineral water, well water, water purified
by water purifier, cooled boiled water, etc.
(water which doesn't contain chlorine)
Once three
days
Water which doesn't contain chlorine may easily cause
slime and/or fur compared with tap water. Wash the
Water Supply Container regularly to prevent bacteria
from breeding when such water is used.

Remove the seal from the lid and wash it with a soft
wash sponge.

side and close it in the
direction of the arrow.
Turn the case and remove it from the lid.
Wash it with a soft
wash sponge etc.
Pull the tab of the
water filter with
fingers and remove it
from the case.

HOW TO MAINTAIN THE AUTOMATIC ICE MAKER
Notice
●
Wash the water supply container thoroughly and
replace it after drying it if you stop ice making and you
are not to use the Automatic ice maker for a while.

In particular, dry the water filter thoroughly.

If you cannot push the frame of the ice tray into the end, the ice tray drive motor may have operated.
Remove the ice tray once and push the frame in, and wait 1 minute after closing the Ice Compartment Door.
Preparation for the ice tray drive motor finishes, and you can set the ice tray.

Do not put your hand in the mechanical part of
the Automatic ice maker.
