4. Now start the application "Test Controls" (2, fig. 5-5, page 5-21).
5. Actuate the "Start pump cycle" button (1, fig. 5-6).
•
The pump cycle starts and runs automatically.
• Upon completion the message "Vacuum Pump cycle finished... Press OK to
continue..." will be displayed on the screen.

6. Confirm the message with "OK" (1, fig. 5-7).
•
The pump cycle for establishing optical transparency has now been
completed.
