During the Copy process (communication), the viewfinder lamp (red) on the
camera blinks continuously. Never disconnect the USB cable or touch the
camera (interface cover, control panel,
MODE
button,

button, shutter,
etc.) while the viewfinder lamp is blinking. Doing so may damage the stored
data.

All data copied to the folder (camera) is deleted by

Exercise caution.
The HDC-401EX will assign folder and file names automatically according to the
following rules.
Folder name:

Consecutive folder number(100〜999)
Consecutive file number (0001 to 9999)
When the file number reaches 9999, the next file is saved in a new folder having
the next higher folder number.

This method of computer operation uses a mouse. Specifically, it refers to moving
data or files using your mouse. With the mouse pointer over the desired file icon or
other symbol shown on the screen, press the mouse button and move the mouse
(drag) while holding down the button, and then release the button (drop) when the
icon reaches the target location.
