First gear and crank shaft disassembly
Remove the grease from the Connecting Rod

side and the First Gear

side of the Crank Case

Remove the two Seal Lock Hex. Socket Hd. Bolts M5 x 14

downward on a workbench and apply pressure on the end
surface of the Cranck Shaft

with a hand press to remove the First Gear

come out easily, push the disassembled Piston

pull them apart again quickly. The Striker

can come out at the same time.
