Check the following after reassembly.
(1) Check that the operation of the DC-Speed Control Switch

and Pushing Button (A)

is smooth and
normal.
(2) Check that the LED light turns on while pulling the trigger of the DC-Speed Control Switch
[10]
.
(3) Check that the speed changes properly by pulling the trigger of the DC-Speed Control Switch
[10]
.
(4) Check that the blade is securely attached.
The no-load current value must be 5.0 A ± 1.0 A after running for 5 minutes or longer with a fully charged
DC 12 V battery.
Perform wiring as illustrated in the diagram below. Be sure to connect the internal wires correctly.
If incorrectly connected, the motor may not turn or other problems could occur.
