Press the button 6 times.

Use the and buttons to select the channel number you
want to exchange from.
Select the second PROGRAM item using the and buttons.
Use the and buttons to select the channel number you
want to exchange to.
Select EXCHANGE and press the or buttons to
activate the exchange command.
Press the button to exit to TV mode.
