4.  Insert the Universal iPod dock adapter (not included) into the dock until it sits firmly in 

place.

5.  Insert your iPhone/iPod into the dock.
6.  If the iPhone/iPod is connected,  “

iPod

” will show on the display, it may take approx. 10 

seconds to allow the unit to identify the iPhone/iPod.

7.  Press the 

PLAY/PAUSE/SCAN 

 button to start playing.

• 

Your iPod will automatically start charging once it is docked.

• 

Switch off your iPhone/iPod while listening to the radio to prevent signal interference.

• 

While your iPhone/iPod is docked, you can control it from the main unit, the remote 

control or from the iPhone/iPod directly.

• 

To control menu operation of iPod touch, iPod nano 6

th

 generation and iPhone series 

through the unit, you need to first enter the music menu on the iPhone/iPod.

• 

No iPhone/iPod dock adapters are included with the unit. If you need a dock adapter, 

contact the store where you purchased your iPhone/iPod.

iPhone/iPod Operation

Using the iPhone/iPod dock you can use the unit to play music files stored on your iPhone/

iPod.

Inserting the iPhone/iPod and Selecting iPod Mode

1.  Press the 

STANDBY/ON 

 button to turn on the unit.

2.  Press the 

CD/iPod/USB/CARD

 button repeatedly to select 

iPod

 mode.

3.  Push the

 button on the unit to release the dock.
