and shouldn’t affect your phone’s lifespan or performance. If your
battery becomes much hotter than usual, stop charging your
phone and put it in a cool place. If you phone surface is hot,
avoid touching your phone for too long.

I can’t turn my phone on
If you can’t turn your phone on, try the following:
• Press and hold power key for two seconds or longer.
