found, as electric shock or short-circuit
accidents could result.
Contact your dealer or Hioki represen-
tative.

Is the power cord insulation torn, or is any
metal exposed?

Before using the instrument for the first time, verify that it operates normally to ensure that
no damage occurred during storage or shipping. If you find any damage, contact your dealer
or Hioki representative.
Peripheral Device Inspection
Is the insulation on a measurement probe
torn, or is any metal exposed?
Metal Exposed If there is any damage, measurement
values may be unstable and measure-
ment errors may occur.
Replace the cable with an undamaged
