Lower the pusher slowly. Then turn the knob to adjust
the position of the tip pin to a position which can be
fixed by the DUT.

When the location of tip pin is finalized, fix it by turning
the knob and lower the pusher.

Execute short correction by using the impedance
analyzer.
When the correction cannot be executed:
• Confirm that the short calibration kit and model IM9906
Adapter are connected properly.
•
Check that the DC measurement limit value of the
impedance analyzer is appropriate.
