Blinks under any of the following conditions:

A voltage of 30 V or higher is applied between the S(P)
and E terminals.
• A voltage of 85 V or higher is applied between the H(C)
and E terminals.
• A voltage of 85 V or higher is applied between the H(C)
and S(P) terminals.
•
For two-pole method
Blinks when a voltage of 30 V or higher is applied
between the H(C) and E terminals.
•
Lights up during earth resistance measurements.
