4.2 Interfaces
4.2.1 Supply voltage

connector for the +24 V DC standard supply voltage (U

) load circuit 1L.

/ 1L supplies the power for the device itself (logic) and for the connected
IO-Link devices.
Note:
The sensorEDGE does not need or use auxiliary supply voltage
(U

), even though the pins for the 2L auxiliary load circuit are
implemented on the device. The 1L and 2L load circuits are
galvanically isolated from each other.
