The “in-browser”
Terminal
page allows command line-based administration
of the netFIELD OS. Note that this is for Linux experts only.

Note:
As an alternative, you can also access the netFIELD OS command
line interface by using an external Terminal client program (like e.g.
PuTTY) via Ethernet and SSH (standard port 22) or via serial
Console
interface (UART-to-USB, see section
page 20]).
Note that file transfer via SCP protocol is also supported.
For working with root privileges in the CLI, use “
sudo
”.
