1. Function / Using
To guarantee faultless crimping, the wire should be inserted into the crimping opening in a vertical position.
• The switch cycle is approx 1 sec. after which you may continue crimping.
• A manual release is required for wire end sleeves longer than 13 mm.
• To facilitate a flexible application of the Crimm Boss in any position, the red supporting
•
ring can be turned.
2. Notes for the user
If you want to crimp wire end sleeves with cross-section smaller than 0,75 mm

, than you simply have to
interchange the contactstud (0,5 - 2,5 mm
2
) - Nr. 1 with the contactstud (0,25 - 1 mm
2
).
1. Befor you open the toolhead pull the plug!
2. Loosen the two Phillips screws on the toolhead
3. Now you can remove the cover with the contactstud from the tool
4. Interchange the contactstuds
5. You can put the cover on again holding it at an angle
6. Secure the cover with the screws
