7.3 Adjustments
7.3.1 Squeegee Support
The Squeegee Support has to be ad-
justed with the Squeegee fitted on, low-
ered on the floor and vacuum system on.
The goal of the adjustment is to let the
squeegee blade be angled 45 degrees to
the floor for its whole length.
To obtain the correct adjustment act on
the squeegee wheels adjusting knob (H)
to adjust the distance from the floor, and
on the central adjusting knob (I) to ad-
just the inclination of the squeegee.
Procedure
• Switch ON the machine.
• Lower the squeegee to the floor and
go slowly forward.
• During the advancement, adjust the
squeegee via the knobs (H) and (I)
so as to obtain an inclination of the
squeegee rubbers of 45 degrees on
the floor throughout their length

• When the operation is performed,
verify that height and inclination
adjustment bubble levels of the
squeegee are in central position
(see
fig. 7.3.1-3 )
.
• Check functionally the resulting ad-
justment.

7.3.2 Squeegee Actuator
The Scrub Deck Actuator does not need
any special adjustments, if necessary,
adjust the height of the squeegee chain
acting on the plate and the clip
(see fig. 7.3.2-
4 )
. Check that the micro switches have
the rod bent at the end.
