Powered Equipment Shelf
1. Ensure the CarePorter™ Cart is plugged into an appropriate power source.
WARNING:
Ensure the CarePorter™ Cart is not attached to a bed or stretcher
during this procedure. Possible personal injury or equipment damage
could occur.
2. Disengage the CarePorter™ Cart from the bed or stretcher.
3. Another part of the CarePorter™ Cart interferes with the powered
equipment shelf.

4. Take appropriate actions to eliminate the interference.
This solves the problem.

5. Go to “Final Actions” on page 2-5.
6. Check the P.C. board to see if voltage is present. Voltage is present on the
P.C. board.

Check for power in the wall outlet, and from the TPM. If
necessary, find a wall outlet with the appropriate power source.
If this solves the problem, go to “Final Actions” on page 2-5.
Otherwise, go to step 7.
7. Check for continuity of the up/down shelf cable. If necessary, replace the
up/down shelf cable.
This solves the problem.

9. Momentarily activate powered equipment shelf rocker switch. The motor
