1. AC Inlet.
Use the supplied AC cord to connect the unit to AC mains. Make sure voltage and frequency
stated on the unit comply with your local AC supply. Note that this unit does not have an ex
posed AC mains fuse. Replacement of the internal AC mains fuse requires you to hand over the unit to
qualified service personnel.
2. AC voltage Selector Switch
. Switches the AC supply voltage between 110/115V and 220/230V AC.
(See previous chapter for details)
3. Stereo Main Output.
This is a balanced stereo XLR output.
4. Stereo Main Output.
This is an unbalanced RCA output carrying the same signal as output. (3)
5. Maximum level setting for stereo main output.
This control allows you to limit the maximum level at
the outputs (3)/(4) in order to match the connected sound system. Adjustments shall be made with a
small screwdriver. Note that the total angle is 300 degrees; do not apply excessive force with the
screwdriver.
6. Status LED
(Red) flashes when pairing is taking place.
7. Pair LED
(White) flashes when the DMB200 is pairing and once the DMB200 is paired.
8. Pair Button
, is used to start the pairing process.
9. The On/Off Switch,
is used to turn the DMB200 on and off.
Functional Description
The DMB200 is easy to use, simply pair any suitable Bluetooth device and connect to a PA system, using
balanced XLR connections or unbalanced RCA connections. The volume can be pre set on the rear, so
once installed the user cannot easily over drive to destruction the PA system.
Connections
The connections can be found on the rear, there is a choice of balanced XLR connections, these can be
in-putted straight into balanced in-puts on an amplifier or mixer. As an alternative the unbalanced RCA
connectors can be used, these can be connected into any mixer or amplifier with unbalanced RCA
connections.
Pairing to a Bluetooth Device
1. Connect the DMB200 to a suitable PA system.
2. Connect a mains power lead to the DMB200.
3. Make sure volume on the connected PA system is not too loud.
4. Hold down the pair button until the status and pair LED's light up, then let go of the pair button.
The pair LED should flash slowly white.
5. Then press the pair button once, both status and pair LED's will flash alternatively fast.
6. The users Bluetooth device should recognise the DMB200; It will be listed as “ARX-H1C-BTM64X”.
7. The user can pair their device.
8. Once paired the status LED will turn off and the pair LED will flash slowly.
9. The user can now play music tracks from their Bluetooth device.
To connect back to the same Bluetooth device, once the DMB200 is powered down, simply follow process
number 4 again, device should connect automatically.
If connecting to another Bluetooth device, follow steps 4-9 again.
