Drill Expansion Screws into the Holes

Align the four holes on the bracket with the four expansion screws
on the wall, install the bracket on the wall, and tighten the screws.

Install the PT joint top to the mounting base of the camera with
four 1/4-20UNC screws, then connect the safety rope to the hook
of the camera.
