If the alarm output is in the form of switch
(the device does not power the alarm),
the alarm needs external power.
If the alarm is connected to the DC power
supply, the voltage of the external power
supply should be less than 30 VDC, and
current should be less than 1 A. Refer to
the left figure in Figure 1-3 for detailed
cable connect.
If the alarm is connected to the AC power
supply, external relay should be used.
Refer to the right figure in Figure 1-3 for
detailed cable connect. The device may be
damaged, or electric shock may occur if
the alarm is not connected to the relay.
Note:
The external relay shall be prepared
separately.
2 Installation
Before you start:
Check the package contents and make
sure that the device in the package is in
good condition and all the assembly parts
are included.
Notes:

Do not power the positioning system
up until the installation is finished. To
ensure the safety of personnel and
equipment, all the installation steps
should be done with power supply off.

The device strongly demands for high
load-bearing and solid stability of the
upholder. It’s highly recommended to
install the system to the upholder
directly.

If you need to install the positioning
system to the bracket, refer to the
datasheet for the bottom view of the
positioning system to select the
bracket. The load-bearing and
anti-shake capabilities must be fully
taken into consideration.
2.1 Install Memory Card
Warning
It is NOT recommended to install memory
card by yourself. Waterproof capability
would be affected if the device cannot be
fully restored.
Steps:
1.
Loosen the screws of top cover.
2. Remove the top cover.

3. Insert the memory card into the
memory card slot.

4. Install the housing back and tighten
the screws for waterproof.
2.2 Install Network Stable
Positioning System
Steps:
1. Install the installation plate to the
bottom on the housing.

2. Align the screw holes on the plate
with that on the base.
3. Attach the housing to the base by four
M6 × 24 screws, and tighten the
screws.

4. Align the red mark on the aviation
plug of the positioning system with
that on the connector on the housing.
5. Rotate the nut on the plug to tighten
the connector after a click sound.
Note:
Make sure the device is powered off
when you are connecting the aviation
plug.
