Security Service
Purpose:
Telnet service can be enabled / disabled for the remote login.
Steps:
1.
Enter the Security Service interface:
Configuration >Basic Configuration> Security > Security Service
Or
Configuration > Advanced Configuration> Security > Security Service

Check the checkbox of Enable Telnet to enable the telnet service.

Save
to save the settings.
Note:
Telnet service is disabled by default.
