If the configured debouncer time is larger than the pulse width of trigger signal, the trigger signal
will be ignored. Otherwise, the trigger signal will be outputted after delay.

Line + Frame Trigger Mode
In this trigger mode, both line trigger and frame trigger are enabled. The device image acquisition is
controlled by frame trigger signal and line trigger signal. The number of lines in a frame is controlled
by the frame height register, and the line rate is controlled by the line trigger signal provided by
external devices, and is also limited by the acquisition line rate. The line trigger signal only works
after the device receives the frame trigger signal.
