temperature and air flow depending on the type of work. Set the switch to the right position.
Position 0
– off
Position I -
temperature 350°C
Position II -
temperature range 550ºC
Position I is used to cool the heated object, drying paint or to cool the unit after long work
with a high temperature before putting or replacing the nozzle notes. When changing from
position II or III with higher operating temperatures to position I should wait a little until the
device has cooled to 60°C.
Heat Gun is a device very easy to use. The four-way switch (3) allows you to adjust the air
flow temperature for the intended job. When you turn on the heat gun should wait until the
air leaving the nozzle reaches the desired temperature.
Low emission of smoke when you first start the heat gun is normal.
Protection against overheating
Keep the heat gun nozzle too close to the workpiece, as reflected from the surface of
a stream of hot air may trigger the thermal protection.
The distance of the nozzle to the workpiece must be adjusted depending on the material
and type of the additional nozzle. The most suitable temperature should be determined by
trial and error, therefore, must begin in the low temperature range.
In case of overheating (thermal overload) when the work thermal, heat gun heater is
automatically switched off, but the blower continues to run. After cooling to the set
operating temperature, heating automatically rejoins.
Shaping plastic tubes / thaw
1.Place the reflector nozzle to nozzle. To avoid constriction of the pipe should be filled with
sand and mutually close.
2.The pipe should be heated evenly by moving it relative to the heat gun.
3.Frozen water pipes warm place forever from the edge to the center. Plastic pipes and pipe
joints between pieces of heat especially carefully to avoid damage.
Often from the outside can not be distinguished from the water pipes gas pipes. Be
particularly careful. Under no circumstances should you heat the gas pipes.
Before working
1.Workplace Make sure that there is no nearby objects that restrict the free movement,
preventing a comfortable and safe operation.
