A Boot Single is moving the onboard Mac OS X boot drive to the RocketRAID 3G
mini‐SAS series controller
or cloning the Mac OS X boot drive to another single hard
disk drive.

Configuration
Overview
– The RocketRAID mini‐SAS 3G b/s series controller support booting to
Mac OS X 10.5.x and above. Boot Single configuration include moving the boot drive
to the RocketRAID 3G mini‐SAS series controller or cloning the boot drive to single
hard drive. This document will include the installations steps to configure and setup
your hardware to support Boot Single to Mac OS X.
