Alternating each bolt, slowly tighten the Stem to the Fork.

To install the Brake Cable, line up the slots in the Adjusting Barrel (A, B) with the lever.

Squeeze the lever to expose the anchor (D), insert the cable end (F), & seat Cable (G).

Center the brake arms with the adjusting screws.
