Pull an extension servo wire through  the 
pre-drilled hole. Please use metal gear 
servo’s. Don’t forget to set the servo horn in 
its middle position with your transmitter 
before you install the servo 

Solder the servo wires to the extension cable  
and isolate the wires with shrinktube. 
If you use extension cords with male and 
female ends you don’t have to do soldering. 

 

 

Check the alignment of the hinges so that 
they are exactly in the middle . Do this for 
the elevon and the wing. Correct the pre-cut 
slots if neccesary .  

Than glue the hinges  in the elevon and wing 
with Thin CA glue  

 

 

In stall the clevises and pushrods 

Now install the controll horn on the  elevon 
Set the elevon 5-6mm up.
