See the handle with the mounting area in the image below. 

Note on the back of the remote strain relief 
that there is a small silver pin at the top, 
and a brass screw coming out of a threaded 
hole lower down.   These are the two 
connection points which match to the two 
holes on the plate directly on the handle.  

Once you have the top pin 
connected and the bottom 
hole lined up, take the brass 
screw and lock the remote 
into place.
