3.3. LED Status
* Note:
The continuously blinking red
LED
indicates that one of the above fault condi-
tions may exist. First remove the battery from the charger bay and re-insert it to confirm
that a fault condition exists. While the
LED
is blinking red, the charger is not charging the
battery. If the
LED
continues to blink red, remove the battery from the charger bay and
disconnect the AC power from the charger.

6. Warranty
This battery charger is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against
defects in materials and workmanship. If the charger develops such a defect during the
warranty period the charger will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's option. This
warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse and everyday wear and tear.
Defective chargers should be returned to the dealer from which they were purchased.
Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any of the following: loss or
damage to personal property; any damage caused to the charger by repair attempts not
authorized by manufacturer; any other incidental or consequential damages caused by
the user or improper use of this product.
