In order to be able to connect a hose, the filter housing PLUS can be fitted with a hose adapter (B).
Dusts (dust filter G4 / M class)
•
In order to change the filter, use the two left and right side quick-release fasteners (D) to open the
filter cover (C).
•
Observe direction of air
•
Insert the G4 pre-filter on the suction side.
•
Insert F9 fine dust filter inside (on the fan side)
•
Put on the filter cover (C) back again and fix it
CAUTION
When using optional dust filters, it is imperative to observe the recommendations of the trade
association with respect to air exchange rates. (HEYLO recommends an 15 to 20 fold air exchange.)
The filters must be replaced when the air performance is not sufficient any more.
Pre-filter:
G4 filter according to EN 779 (
Main filter:
F9 according to EN 779 / filter class M according to EN 60335
(3) Safety guidelines
When using Dust Stop plus (combination of filter housing PLUS including dust fan VORTEX
3000), the following safety guidelines shall have to be observed:
•
Operate the Vortex fan only on suitable sockets with protective conductor.
•
It is absolutely necessary to observe the operating instructions of the “Vortex 3000” fan.

•
Do not draw and filter any potentially explosive gases!
•
Filter housing PLUS and VORTEX must not be used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
•
Replace filter only by using gloves and eye protection and respiratory protection, if necessary.
•
Dispose of contaminated filter material professionally.
