7. Troubleshooting

All the maintenance work listed below must be executed with the electricity switched
off, i.e. plug pulled out.

Connect device, check fuse, turn on switch
Remove reason for blockage
Switch off machine and let it cool; then remove
blockage
Request replacement switch from the dealer or
from HEYLO.
Check wiring and tighten if necessary.
Motor runs, but wheel only
turns irregularly or jolts
A strong jolt bent the motor
suspension, so that the wheel is
jammed.
A strong jolt has caused the
motor to slip out of the
suspension, so that the wheel is
jammed.

Dismantle the motor from the housing, then
replace bent motor suspension or repair it.
Dismantle motor from the housing, then insert
motor correctly into the suspension.
Device vibrates excessively
Accumulation of dirt on the
wheel
