1. Safety instructions
1.1 Notes for the operator
This unit has been manufactured in keeping with the
latest technological developments and is operationally
safe. However, the unit may present potential haz-
ards, particularly if it is operated by inadequately
trained personnel or if it is not serviced properly:
For any operation of this unit, the operator must
prepare written instructions in a reasonable form
and in the language of the operating personnel
based on these service instructions (Germany:
UVV VBG 1 § 7, 2).
Use these service instructions to familiarize the
operating personnel with the functions, operation,
and maintenance of the unit.
The contents of the service instructions are sub-
ject to change without further notice.
Concerning translations into foreign languages,
the German version of these service instructions
is binding.
For safety reasons, unauthorized modifications or
reconditioning of the unit are prohibited.
Keep these service instructions close to the unit
so that safety instructions and important informa-
tion are always accessible.

1.2 Notes for the service personnel
Please note that repairs at the unit must be carried out
by adequately trained personnel only.
Spare parts shall be replaced by authorized per-
sonnel only
Electrical work must be carried out by trained
electrical personnel only.
Installations of gas supply lines and gas compo-
nents must be carried out by trained personnel
only.
The safety and reliability of the unit are ensured
only if spare parts approved by Kendro Laboratory
Products are used. The use of other parts pres-
ents potential hazards and is therefore prohibited.
For safety reasons, unauthorized modifications or
reconditioning of the unit are prohibited.
Before installing the spare parts, please read
these service instructions carefully.
For your safety please contact Kendro Laboratory
products immediately if you encounter problems
that are not mentioned in this service instructions.
