To ensure proper burner operation, clean the blowers and blower vents twice a year.

Press the main power switch to the off position.

Unplug power cord and turn gas shutoff handle clockwise to turn off the gas,
and then disconnect the gas line.

Disconnect cable restraint and then carefully roll the fryer from the hood far
enough to get behind the fryer.

Using a cloth or paper towel, clean the blower intake slots to ensure sufficient air
flow to the blowers.
