Intended use
• The microwave is intended for professional
use.
• The microwave is designed only for heating
and defrosting of food products using ap-
propriate dishes. Any other use may lead to
damage to the microwave or personal injury.
• Operating the appliance for any other pur-
pose shall be deemed a misuse of the device.
The user shall be solely liable for improper
use of the device.
Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as
protection class
I
and must be connected to a protective ground.
Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by
providing an escape wire for the electric cur-
rent. This appliance is fitted with a power cord
that has a grounding wire and grounded plug.
The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is
properly installed and grounded.
Utensils
There may be certain non-metalic utensils that
are not safe to use for microwaving. If in doubt,
you can test the utensil in question following
the procedure below.
Utensil Test:
Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of
cold water (250ml) along with the utensil in
question.
Cook on maximum power for 1 minute. Care-
fully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is
warm, do not use it for microwave cooking. Do
not exceed 1-minute cooking time.
Preparations before first use
• Remove all packing material and accesso-
ries.
• Examine the micorwave for any damage such
as dents or broken door. In case of incom-
plete delivery or damages, DO NOT use the
microwave and contact the supplier (See = =
> Warranty).
• Remove any protective film found on the mi-
crowave cabinet surface.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your
appliance in the future.

Clean the inside of the microwave with
lukewarm water and a soft cloth. (See = = >
Cleaning and Maintenance)
• Clean the components.
• Place the microwave on a level surface.
• Keep an open space of at least 10 cm around
the microwave and 30 cm from top to ensure
proper ventilation.
• Do not place anything on top of the micro-
wave.
• Position the microwave so that the plug can
always be reached.
• Place the oven as far away from radios and
TV as possible. Operation of microwave may
cause interference to your radio or TV recep-
tion.
