a) Thread adjustment stem and cable through and around the pulley.
b) Securely attach adjustment stem and cable to cable plate with nuts.
c) Attach main weight and clamp to cable. Using the make weights, adjust tension of cable for prefered door closing
speed.

(For demonstrative purposes only - Fire Resistant board should be used -
not supplied by P C Henderson. Timber work should be evaluated on an
individual basis).
a) Build outside timber.
b) Construct inside frame for door to return into, and to separate weights.
c) Build fascia to cover.
