Before you call to a service
1. UV light doesn´t light
•
Open and close the front door of UV sterilizer and wait several seconds.
•
Check, if the batteries are full and if needed, change them for the new ones.
•
Check, if the adapter is well connected.
2. The toothpaste dispenser doesn´t work
•
Check, if there isn´t toothpaste stick around and clean the toothpaste dispenser.
•
Squeeze toothpaste in the tube down towards the dispenser.
