6. Confirm the selection with .
7. Open the virtual keypad with .
8. Enter the Wi-Fi password.
9. Click to close the virtual keypad.
10. Confirm your input with .
The input will be saved automatically.
If the connection to the Wi-Fi network was successfully set up, the name of the selected Wi-Fi network is shown
under
Wireless network (SSID) .
Now you can start working with Wi-Fi connection.
7.7.2 Testing the Wi-Fi Configuration
Proceed as follows to test the Wi-Fi configuration:
1. Select Settings > Device > Interfaces > Wi-Fi in the main menu.
2. Use for the function Test Wi-Fi configuration .
The Wi-Fi configuration is tested.
The address of the selected Wi-Fi is displayed under SEG V IP address if the Wi-Fi configuration has been tested
successfully.
7.7.3 Resetting the Wi-Fi Configuration
Reset the Wi-Fi configuration again here.
Proceed as follows to reset the Wi-Fi configuration:
1. Select Settings > Device > Interfaces > Wi-Fi in the main menu.
2. Reset Wi-Fi configuration with .
The Wi-Fi configuration is reset.
7.7.4 Sending Reports by E-Mail
Take the corresponding e-mail settings before you can send reports by e-mail.
Proceed as follows to take e-mail settings:
1. Select Settings > Device > Interfaces > E-Mail in the main menu.
2. Open the virtual keypad under Receiver address with .
3. Enter the e-mail address of the receiver.
4. Click to close the virtual keypad.
5. Open the list under Server settings with .
Further settings are not necessary if >Automatically< is selected.
Continue with steps 6-22 if >Manually< is selected.
6. Open the virtual keypad under Host with .
7. Enter the host name of the outbox server.
8. Click to close the virtual keypad.
9. Open the virtual keypad under Port with .
10. Enter the port number of the outbox server.
