Drill a 8.5mm hole 420mm from the edge of N2. Place a bolt through the hole on K3 and N2. Fasten

K3 to N2 with 3 screws. Unscrew K3 from N2 and remove the bolt prior to attaching the mirror foil.

Build the outer frame from N2 and N3. Predrill holes and screw the corners together. Use 8x

3.5*40screws for this process. A proper wood glue can also do the job.
