During the first
few USES of the

unpleasant smell
If the product still emits this odor
after repeated use, please send it
to the nearest repair point for
testing
The new motor is used normally at

Stop in service
1.The voltage is too low
2. Motor temperature control

1.Check if the voltage is too low 2.
Stop using for 20-30 minutes
Abnormal
vibration or loud
noise
1. The skein knife rest is not
installed in place
2. Product placement is not stable
3. The voltage is too high
4. Overeating
1. Take out the ingredients and install
the skein knife rest in place
2. Stable product placement
3. Check if the voltage is too high
4. Turn off the switch, disconnect the
power and remove the excess
ingredients
Card knife
The blade gets tangled or stuck in
the food
