Exception Possible Causes Troubleshooting
Suction Weakened
- There is too much dust in
the dust cup.
- Clean up the garbage in time.
- The HEPA is damaged or
blocked. - Replace or clean the HEPA.
- The air duct of the ground
brush is blocked.
- Remove the blockage.
- It’s not dried adequately
after being washed.
- After being washed, the part
should be dried at a cool place.
UV Lamp Does n’t
Work
- It’s too far from the object
to be cleaned.
- Under normal circumstances,
when the machine is within 5
cm from the object to be
cleaned, the UV lamp will be
automatically turned on.
- The machine is placed
upright.
- The inclination of the
machine should not exceed
30 degrees.
- The transparent sheet on
the infrared probe at the
bottom of the machine is
covered with pollutants.
- Clean the transparent sheet with
a dry cotton cloth.
- UV Lamp Tube Damaged
- Contact the after sales to
replace the lamp tube.
Roller Brush
Stopped Working
Suddenly
- There is foreign body
entangled in roller brush.
- Clean the roller brush.
Machine Doesn’t
Work
- The power plug is not
plugged tightly or the
socket is dead.
- Check whether the socket is tightly
plugged or whether the socket is
powered.
- The on/off button is not
pressed. - Press the on/off button.
Machine Stopped
Suddenly

The dust cup is full.

The suction port of the
machine is blocked.

The HEPA is blocked
by a foreign body.
- In order to avoid overheating
of the motor of this product, a
safety mechanism has been
applied to prevent
overheating. In case of this
situation, please unplug the
power supply, clean up the
blockage, and stop it for
two hours before using.
For other failures that cannot be removed, please contact the local after-sales service.
