OPERATION
A: Grill
1. Prepare all garnish
(
cucumber, tomato etc.
)
2. Cut food (meat, beef and so on) to be grilled no more than 10mm thick.
3. Make sure the drip box is placed on the table and under the grill assemble during
operation, so it can collect the oil residues flowing out from the roasting tray (see
fig.4).
4. Then lift the handle and push the handle backward to open the grill.
5. Wipe the roasting tray with a little oil or butter, then close it. Don’t use low fat
for spreading, it may result in the food burning.
Note: the striation surface is only suitable for grilling meat, it must be noted the
quantity of food shall be proper.
6. Make sure the temperature knob is set at the minimum of “
”position and
the grill is closed (see fig.4).
7. Plug the power cord into the socket.
8. Turn the function knob to the “
” position. The power indicator will
illuminated and the ready indicator will flash
9. Turn the temperature knob to the maximum position to preheat the grill. When
the grill reaches the preset temperature, the ready indicator will stop flashing and turn
to solid light. The adjustable temperature range is 100
℃ ~
220
℃
. Select an
appropriate cooking temperature according to different kinds of food.
10. After preheating, the grill is extremely hot. Grip the handle and open the grill.
11. Lay the food on the bottom roasting tray with a spatula or tongs, not fingers. Close
the grill. The ready indicator will be extinguished.
12. The roasting trays should be roughly parallel to avoid uneven heating
13. When the ready indicator is lighting again, you’ve finished cooking, turn the
temperature knob to the “
” position.
14. Turn the function knob to the “off” position, the power indicator and ready
indicator will be extinguished.
15. Check the food is cooked. If you’re in doubt, cook it a bit more.
16. As soon as the food is cooked, use gloves to open the grill, remove the hot food
with wooden or plastic utensils.
17. Unplug the grill.
B: GRIDDLE
1. Normally, the grill is opened at an angle of 105 degree as shown in Fig.1. The top
roasting tray can be level with the bottom roasting tray to create a large cooking
surface as shown in Fig.2. Holding the handle with one hand, push the pushing button
upward with the other hand until the top tray rests flat on the countertop.
