7. After finish grinding, the appliance starts to brew coffee. After a while, coffee flows
into the glass carafe from the coffee outlet. And the appliance will automatically stop
working and switch to keep-warm condition after finish brewing. After keeping warm for
40 minutes, the appliance will cut off automatically and the indicator of “ON/OFF”
button will extinguish.
8. During grinding or brewing, press “ON/OFF” button again if you want to make the
appliance stop working. To continue, you must firstly open the top lid and then close it
again to make the appliance continue working.
NOTE: The appliance is designed with a pause-and-serve feature, if you wish, at any
time during brewing cycle, you can temporarily remove glass carafe to pour and serve a
cup of hot coffee. The brewing cycle will not be interrupted and no coffee will drip from
the appliance, simply replace glass carafe onto warming plate to restart the brewing
cycle, but do not remove glass carafe for longer than 30s, never return empty glass
carafe onto warming plate when it is still warm.
9. Remove glass carafe to serve when finish brewing. For an optimum coffee taste, serve
it just after brewing.
NOTE: The coffee you get will be less than the water you have added as some water is
absorbed by coffee powder.CAUTION: When pour coffee, the momentary inclined angle
of glass carafe shall not be more than 45 degree from the vertical position, you shall
pour the coffee slowly until the glass carafe is empty, otherwise the coffee in the glass
carafe will rush to the bottom of carafe lid, and the coffee will flow out from two edges
of lid and hurt person!
10. After finish grinding or brewing, you must firstly open the top lid and then close it
again before go into next cycle.
11. Always turn the coffee maker off and unplug the appliance when not in use.
