Heimgard app
Check that the cables are inserted correctly
Note: It could take up to 5 minutes for your hub to
start. The software may be updating.
If you are experiencing any abnormal behaviour you
can perform a
Factory Reset
.
Note: This process will delete your existing system
and reset it. You will need to reconfigure all your
devices after the reset.
You will need a pen. Press and
hold reset button (G)
for
5 seconds
. The process can take upto 5 minutes
to successful reset. You will now need to reconnect
be able to connect to your device.
