Disconnect the safety chains. Raise the ramp apron above the vehicle floor level. Roll the ramp
away from the vehicle.
8. MAINTENANCE

Hydraulic oil should be kept clean and must not be mixed with water and other impurities.
●
Hydraulic oil should be replaced once per year. Notice: N32# anti-wear hydraulic oil should be used
when the temperature is less than or equal to 36
℃
; N46# anti-wear hydraulic oil should be used
when the temperature exceeds 36
℃
; when the temperature is below zero or during extreme frozen
weather, please use aviation grade hydraulic oil.

Inspect all components regularly including inspection of the frame structure weld joints, deformation,
oil leaks, wheel bearings, paint protection, lifting points, fixing chains and all moving parts. Do not
use the ramp if there are any faults found during inspections. We recommend that you record the
results of the inspections in an inspection book.
