*How to remove the carbon brushes 
 

 

Step 1: Remove the motor from the transaxle system and also the dust-proof cover properly.   

 

 

Step 2: Separate the brake plug from the connector and then witch the brake lever to the 

DRIVE. Loosen the screws properly   

 

 

Step 3: Remove the brake device and hexagon nut properly
