The Current Heart Rate display will show you your average heart rate.

Every five seconds, emWave PC averages your heart rate and

displays that average.

After you end a session, the Current Heart Rate display will show your

average heart rate for the entire session.

Every five seconds, the three coherence lights below the Current Heart

Rate display reflect your coherence level. There is a short lag time

from the time the data is recorded to when it is analyzed and viewable

on this display.
