Empire Comfort Systems Inc. warrants this hearth product to be free from defects at the time of manufacture
and for the periods specified below. See owner's manual for warranty details.
HearthRite Vent Free Burners and Log Sets
All parts carry a 1 year limited warranty.
Remotes and Thermostats (Sold with Systems or as Accessories)
All parts carry a 1 year limited warranty.
Hearth products must be installed by a qualified technician and must be maintained and operated safely,
in accordance with the instructions in the owner's manual.
Empire will make replacement parts available at the factory. Shipping, labor, and installation expenses are
not covered. To make a claim under this warranty, please have your receipt available and contact your
installing dealer.
The installing dealer is responsible for providing service and will contact the factory to initiate any warranted
parts replacements. Unauthorized service or parts replacements will not be covered.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
