POSSIBLE CAUSES: 

SOLUTION: 

The adjustment of the shock absorber is impossible.   There is

 

drag in the shock absorber. 

 Push the shock absorber downwards. 

The shock absorber is blocked. 

Loosen the lower attachment of the shock 

absorber and turn it around in a clockwise 

direction. Reattach the shock absorber. 

The trolley refuses to move. 

The rear wheels are blocked due to the 

brakes. Loosen the brakes.
